Having a double chin is an issue most people go with. The reason why they are facing this problem is because of the facial fat. One can sort out to hide the body fat by wearing clothes over it but the facial fat can’t be hidden. One may be working out in gyms for losing body fat but what about a double chin that reflects in the photos you click. Whenever this happens to you there may be a feeling in your mind that all my money and workout is going in vain. When your body holds extra fat over an area then this may be due to genetics or the body type you are possessing.

Here are some tips for face yoga to lose face fat, and get a nice tighter skin, and helps in possessing sculptured cheekbones.

Simha Mudra (Lion Pose)

Lion pose or Simha mudra is the one that helps to stimulate and tone all the facial muscles. The contraction and relaxation of the facial muscle in return give you a nice sculptured face muscle.

Performing it- Comfortably knee down on the ground and place your palms on your thighs. Stick and stretch your tongue outwards with a force. Extend your tongue as much as you can and holding the same exhale and roar like a loin.

Fish face

If you are also the one who loves taking selfies, then you may know of this camera pose. This pose stretches and tones your cheek muscles and making your facial structure look good.

Performing it- Suck your cheeks and lips inwards just like a fish face. Now holding the same position and try to smile which will stretch your eye and cheek muscles respectively. Repeat the same exercise throughout the day with a consistent flow to get better and faster results.

Locked tongue pose or Jivha Bandha

This pose or exercise is the best to chisel up your face and shaping the jawline too.

Performing it- Sit down on the ground comfortably and after then place your tongue tip against the upper wall or top side of your mouth. Force the tongue against the wall until you feel a stretch inside your neck. Repeat the same 4 to 5 times to get better and faster results possible.

Jaw release

Perfect exercise if you wish to have attractive cheekbones and want to reduce your double chin. This may be helping you in getting a nice attractive Personality.

Performing it- Sit comfortably and move your jaws in a way that you are trying to eat with your mouth closed. Breathing can be done through the nose. Relax and repeat the same consistently for some time and you will feel improvement.

Mouthwash Method

This technique will help tone your cheeks and also help you to get rid of the double chin issue.

Performing it- Filling your mouth with air the same as you fill mouthwash in your mouth. Transfer the air filled over one side to the other side just like cleaning your mouth using mouthwash. Continue with the same posture for a while relax and then repeat the same.

Neckroll technique

The Neckroll technique is the most effective way to lose the double chin. Also, this type of exercise will help you to get your chin toned down, neck muscles, and jawline.

Performing it- Sit down on the ground comfortably, with your head facing in the forward position. Bend your head towards one side in the line with your chin and also turn your head in and circular motion. Keep your spine in a straight and move or bend your shoulders in a somewhat downward position. Repeat the same in both clockwise head movement and anti-clockwise head movement.
